Service Description
I am a Yoga teacher and Health Coach who meets you where you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We will work together to customize a wellness practice that includes a physical practice you enjoy as well as mindfulness practices to help calm your mind and find more joy in everyday living. I love working with all ages including adults, adolescents, and children. RYT, RCYT certified.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice of cancellation is required for all bookings in order to receive a full refund. Exceptions can be made for emergencies, illnesses, or other unintended conflicts at the discretion of the service provider.
