Prosperity is an Inside Job

With 2020 in near hindsight, 2021 feels like the beginning of a whole new chapter. As hard as 2020 was, it forced us to reflect on what really matters. For many of us, thriving took a backseat to surviving, but COVID helped to distinguish between the two. Surviving is based on fear, thriving is based on love.

I am ready to look at 2021 as a year of prosperity. For me, prosperity is about thriving-loving your life from the inside-out. It begins with your heart center, where love emanates to and from. When you self-reflect on what makes you happy on a deep, visceral level, you can then take the necessary action to achieve the prosperity you desire.

Prosperity is about wealth, but not money. Sure, money is important. Mindset and business coach, Damian Nordmann, says that "money is love." When we earn money as a reward for something we love doing, it is a symbol of value and validation. When we feel valued, we embody self-love.

Self-love is true prosperity. To achieve this, we need to go inward. Live Free Yoga co-founder, Tida Chambers, and I had a heart-to-heart conversation about what it takes to achieve prosperity, which you can watch above. Here's what you'll take away:

  • Learn the 3 basic truth to prosperity

  • How giving is at the heart of thriving

  • How to turn fear into love

  • How to shake off those limiting beliefs from childhood

  • How to identify triggers that set you off

  • A short guided mindful practice to help you find ease in your day

After you watch the video, I invite you to click HERE to register for our upcoming virtual workshop on January 7th, 2021 called, "Lighten Your Path to Prosperity in 2021: Discover your power to create sustainable change from the inside-out." I'll be joined by Tida, Damian and organizational specialist, Cristina Sigurdson as we guide you through practices to clear out the clutter in your inner and out world, and then help you take your next steps to prosperity.
